Certification.Today™ is not affiliated with or authorized by PMI®, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, IIBA®, ISO, or other third-party professional or standards organizations unless expressly stated otherwise. All third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Certification.Today™ names, credential names, logos, badges, certification frameworks, examinations, assessment materials, educational materials, graphics, and website content are proprietary intellectual property protected by applicable law. The ™ symbol identifies marks claimed by Certification.Today™ and does not imply federal or international trademark registration. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, disclosure of assessment content, or use of Certification.Today™ intellectual property in a manner likely to create confusion regarding source, affiliation, authorization, or endorsement is prohibited.

Certification.Today™ credentials are awarded only to candidates who satisfy the applicable certification requirements and successfully complete the required assessment. Academic Partners and CT Authorized Trainers™ may provide preparation or educational programs but do not award Certification.Today™ credentials and are not employees or agents of Certification.Today™. Certification.Today™ may investigate breaches of its assessment integrity, professional conduct, certification, or intellectual property requirements and may suspend or revoke credentials or authorizations where appropriate.

By registering for or participating in Certification.Today™ programs or services, candidates and partners agree to the applicable certification, assessment integrity, professional conduct, privacy, intellectual property, and recertification requirements. Personal data is processed for certification and credential-administration purposes in accordance with applicable law and is not sold to third parties. Certification.Today™ may update its certification requirements, assessments, policies, credential names, and recertification requirements from time to time.
